Please read these terms carefully before commissioning artwork.
This website and all services offered by the furry artist (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") are governed by these terms. By placing an order, the Client automatically agrees to these conditions.
• All orders are accepted via contact form, email, or personal messenger.
• After agreeing on details, the Client receives an invoice with a 50% advance payment of the total cost.
• The advance payment is refunded only if the Artist refuses to work before starting.
• By default, the Artist retains the right to publish works in their portfolio and on social networks.
• If the Client wishes to obtain full exclusivity (removal from public access), a surcharge of +30% of the order cost is applied.
• For using the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, advertising) - a separate agreement is required.
Standard completion time: 7-14 business days from receipt of the advance payment. Deadlines may be extended for complex projects; any changes will be communicated in advance.
• The basic package includes 1 round of revisions (for color, minor adjustments).
• Each additional round of revisions costs $5 (regardless of the type of work).
We accept payments through VGen (PayPal). Currency - USD. All payment system fees are covered by the Client.
Information about the order, character details, and the Client's personal data are not shared with third parties without consent.
The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the parties' control (illness, technical failures, force majeure).
